Yes, it works out of the box, but they still give us some problems especially after waking up from suspend and after longer period of time.
When modprobbing rtlse i get the following [ It does drop out for me after a while. Now, I have a huge number of warnings and my last lines of. This is a better driver.

Good news that it is updated without delay. Realtek seem to be fairly heavily developing this driver, which is fantastic to see! I’m afraid that the actual firmware, packaging, and who-knows-what that toshiba and, according to the internet, MSI put around this card matters a lot.

The panic can be stopped by blacklisting the driver, but this isn’t what I want to do as I want wireless to work. You can get it by emailing realtek support and linuux will email the source to you, or i can post it somewhere for you. I’ll be curious to know how well it works, as I don’t have a realtek card in my wind anymore. This may void my warranty, but at least I have working wireless.
