Here lonksys step by step To get the card EG v3. Apparently,Linksys has no driver available for the Windows 7. Go to Linksys Support site. I spent way too much time in google beforwe I was able to find this answer so I hope posting this here will help someone.

After the card is recognized go to realtek site: I suggested to tech support that disk space is cheap enough, Linksys should consider leaving support material in place. Linksys needs to get their act together. Board works well, tech support is great.
