No such file or directory In file included from mixer. Does lsmod show the sound modules as being loaded? Sorry this didn’t help. Have a look at these Google for Linux search results for ‘Avance sound’ to see if any are for your particular soundcard.

Unzip the tar file, it comes out a fold 2c5 alsa-driver Should I be looking for a web site for the speakers manufacturer, and a driver for the make of speaker,rather than the make of computer?
There was one audio driver available it said, I had already tried to download it,but it hadn’t worked,but I tried 245 again,and unfortunately it still would not download for me. Am I going about this the wrong way round do you think? And i have try to 24f5 in google and yahoo How satisfied are you with this response?
